Dear Mr. Watkins,
I am impressed with your empirical evidence of arrests , criminal charges, criminal convictions and overall apprehensions at the border. Does a wall make sense? The arrest data makes the case that border security does not allow people to pour into the country undetected, undocumented or unchecked. Border agents arrest people attempting any unlawful entry into the U.S.A. everyday, something a wall cannot do.
