I must, however, point out an error. You mentioned Crestwood Nursing Home is looking for LPN’s and that they will train them in 6 weeks.

Practical Nurses must go through a minimum of 11 months and pass NCLEX boards prior to being able to practice. I do believe, however, that they were discussing licensed nursing assistants (LNA), much needed today with the nursing shortage affecting every layer of nursing.

LNA’s are the most hardworking yet underpaid of our healthcare workers today and without them, nurses would not be able to provide the intensive care that they do.
