Kick off your holiday season by strolling through a magical, wondrous forest of beautifully decorated Christmas trees. SHARE Outreach Inc., in partnership with Gatherings at the Colonel Shepard House, LLC, will present Milford’s first annual Festival of Trees on Friday, Saturday and Sunday of Thanksgiving weekend. Over 30 local businesses and community groups are donating fully decorated trees, with themes as diverse as “beach,” “vintage,” “tea,” and “traditional,” to name a few. One tree will be adorned with hundreds of dollars in gift cards/certificates to local restaurants; another will be loaded with lottery scratch tickets. Purchase raffle tickets to win any one of the entries or simply come and enjoy the festive atmosphere. Winners will be drawn Sunday at 2 p.m. Make the Festival of Trees a new family tradition!!
