Another maple season has ended and Mother Nature made it a bit difficult with all her snow and freezing temperatures, but we made it through!
We would like to thank Thom Davies and Pete Smith from Beaver Brook for giving us the unique opportunity to expand our hobby and educate the public about the fine art of sugaring. Thank you to Becky Crowther, Donna Prest, the staff at Hollis Upper Elementary School and Lorden Oil for the support. A very special thank you goes out to our number one assistant, Marc Dorward.
We are blessed to be able to do something we love so much and to have people respond in such a positive and encouraging way!
