Paving the way to Bedford’s new community center

Work continues on the creation of the Stevens-Buswell Community Center in front of the town offices in Bedford Center.

We are mid-way through Phase II, and once completed, we will be able to open the doors for community use. But we need the community’s help to reach our goal.

The Friends of the Stevens-Buswell Community Center Committee, a subcommittee of the Bedford Historical Society, is formally launching a "Help Pave the Way to Opening Bedford’s New Community Center" campaign. We invite the public to help pave the way by purchasing a brick or paver inscribed with your personal message. Bricks are $100 for one and $50 for each additional brick, and granite pavers are $300 each. The tax deductible bricks and pavers will be installed at the entrance on the North Amherst Road side of the building.

We are asking all Bedford residents, organizations, and businesses to help us "Pave the Way" to the new Stevens-Buswell Community Center!

Order forms are available at the Town Offices, the Bedford Public Library, and the Bedford Historical Society’s Schoolhouse No. 7, or they may be downloaded directly from www.bedfordhistoricalnh.org. For more information or to have a form mailed to you, contact us at 714-8774 or email sbcc@bedfordhistoricalnh.org.
